3.4 win100 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security, including but not limited to sharing login details with third parties.
3.5 win100 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
4.1 win100 is required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all player accounts.
4.2 KYC verification is mandatory before a player may process their first withdrawal. Verification may also be required before deposit limits are raised or account restrictions are lifted.
4.3 Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID Card, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, and Voter's ID. win100 may accept additional documents at its discretion.

5.1 win100 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's deposit page, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100.00), unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method. win100 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
5.3 All player funds are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your win100 wallet once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. win100 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 You may only deposit funds from accounts, payment methods, or cards that are registered in your own name. win100 prohibits the use of third-party payment sources to fund your account.
6.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an approved payment method registered under your name and verified through KYC procedures. win100 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso Five Hundred (₱500.00) unless otherwise stated. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction, daily, or monthly basis — current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
6.3 win100 targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution. These are target processing times only and are not guaranteed.
6.4 win100 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification requirements to withdrawal requests that meet AMLC reporting thresholds or that are flagged by win100's internal risk management procedures.
6.5 Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until applicable conditions are met. Real-money winnings derived from bonus play are withdrawable once wagering conditions are satisfied.
6.6 win100 may withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, account abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or breach of these Terms.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (also referred to as "playthrough" or "rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 8.1 All bets placed on the win100 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, which are accessible within each game interface and on the Platform's help pages.
8.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. win100 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.
8.3 In the event of a disconnection during a live game, win100's system records the state of play at the time of disconnection. Bets already placed at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game outcome. win100 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
8.4 In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game, win100 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. win100's decision in such cases is final.
8.5 All game outcomes on win100 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for software games, and by real physical processes (cards, dice, roulette wheels) for live dealer games. win100 does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.6 For sports betting markets, win100 reserves the right to void bets in the event of: event cancellation, manifest pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation, or other circumstances that render fair settlement impossible.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win100 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
10.1 win100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where win100 reasonably believes that: (a) a violation of these Terms has occurred; (b) an account poses a fraud, AML, or security risk; (c) PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities have directed such action; or (d) the player has voluntarily requested self-exclusion.
10.2 Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), win100 may forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law and where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
10.3 Upon termination of an account for reasons other than cause, win100 will process a refund of the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet qualifying for withdrawal) within a reasonable time period, subject to KYC completion.
10.4 Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting win100 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally.
11.1 All content on the win100 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game assets, graphics, software, text, images, and design elements — is the exclusive property of win100 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
11.3 You must not scrape, crawl, index, or harvest any data from the win100 Platform without express written permission from win100.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win100 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity; (c) any losses arising from events beyond win100's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, internet provider failures, power disruptions, or acts of government.
12.2 win100's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms or their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 win100 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability. win100 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
12.4 Gambling involves financial risk. win100 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. Players accept all gambling risk upon placing their first bet.
13.1 win100 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
13.2 win100 collects personal data necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, payment processing, and responsible gaming obligations. win100 does not sell player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

16.3 Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through win100's internal dispute resolution process. 16.4 Players who are unsatisfied with win100's resolution of a dispute may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels, as win100 is subject to PAGCOR's oversight and dispute resolution authority.
16.5 Nothing in these Terms limits a player's rights under applicable mandatory Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation laws.
